Emergency Codes
 
To call an emergency code or event at TriStar StoneCrest, call *84911 with the following information:

• Type of code (Code Blue, Code Stroke, etc)
• Location of code (cafeteria, ICU, lobby, etc.)

When the emergency situation is over or under control, “ALL CLEAR” will be paged. Refer to your department Supervisor and Emergency Kardex for further instruction.
