Janitorial
Sterling Building Specialists provides janitorial services Monday - Friday, with an onsite full time day porter Monday - Friday.
Maintenance
Building maintenance is provided by placing a work order through the HCA Portal. If you do not have the HCA Portal link, please contact Property Management at 615-220-5508.
Security
Security is a high priority at the TriStar StoneCrest MOB, requiring cooperation between the tenants and management.
Accounting
Rental payments are due on the first day of each calendar month. Please make your check payable to:

Special Instructions
Please notify the management office prior to any furniture delivery. We must be notified prior to any move in or move out with a 24 hour notification All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to any services performed on-site. Please provide a copy to the Property Management office to rebecca.spann@cushwake.com.
